This page explains how returns and refunds work at Divine Noni. It covers three separate things: our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee, your statutory rights as a consumer, and the practical steps for each. We have written it so the differences are clear. You are never limited to one route. Where the law gives you more, the law applies.
Divine Noni is operated by TO BE COMPLETED: registered legal name], [TO BE COMPLETED: legal form, e.g. GmbH / Sàrl / AG / SA], [TO BE COMPLETED: registered address including canton and country]. Full provider details are on the [Imprint page.
The table below summarises the three pathways. Each is explained in full further down.
| Pathway | Who it is for | Return needed | Refund covers | Timeline |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 30-day money-back guarantee | Anyone, EU/EEA and Switzerland | No | Full purchase price | Within 10 business days of approval |
| EU 14-day right of withdrawal | Consumers in the EU/EEA | Yes, or proof of return | Product price and standard outbound shipping | Within 14 days of notification |
| Legal guarantee for defects | Anyone, for faulty or non-conforming goods | Usually yes | Remedy at no cost, refund where applicable | Set by the remedy chosen |
These rights stand side by side. The guarantee is something we add on top. It does not replace or reduce anything the law already gives you.
This is a voluntary commercial guarantee. It is goodwill, offered freely by us. It goes beyond what the law requires, and it does not limit your statutory rights.
If you complete a full month of Divine Noni (30 daily doses) and do not feel it was worth it, we will refund the full purchase price. Opened bottles are accepted. You do not need to send anything back.
We offer this because we trust your judgement about your own body. We do not define "no difference" narrowly. If you gave it a month and decided it was not for you, that is enough. You do not need to prove anything or answer questions about your experience.
Every customer can use it, whether you are in the EU/EEA, in Switzerland, or elsewhere in Europe where we ship. For Swiss customers in particular, this guarantee is the main return route, because Swiss law does not provide a general online cooling-off period (see the Switzerland section below).
Refunds are made to your original payment method. We process the refund within 10 business days of approving your request. If you paid by card, your bank may take a further 3 to 5 working days to post the credit. The 10-business-day timeline applies to this voluntary guarantee only. The statutory deadlines below are separate and are never longer than the law allows.
The sections below describe rights given to you by law. They apply regardless of our guarantee. We list them so you can choose the route that suits you. We will never steer you away from a statutory right.
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. This right is independent of our 30-day guarantee and applies whether or not you have tried the product. It is based on the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
How it works:
Model withdrawal statement you may copy:
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [your order number and items]. Ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name, address, and date."
Under the statutory withdrawal right, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us. We state this here in advance so it is clear before you order. This is different from the 30-day money-back guarantee, where no return is required at all and you pay nothing to send anything back. Please do not confuse the two routes: if you want the simplest path with no return, use the guarantee.
Our product is a food supplement. Under the EU withdrawal rules, some categories may be excepted from the 14-day right. This can include goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, and goods that are perishable or liable to deteriorate quickly. Whether an exception applies depends on the circumstances. If you are unsure, contact us at support@divinenoni.com before returning anything, and we will tell you honestly where you stand. We do not overstate these exceptions. In practice, the 30-day money-back guarantee accepts opened bottles, so it usually gives you a broader, simpler outcome than the statutory route.
Separately from withdrawal and from our guarantee, EU law gives you a legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771. If goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise not in conformity at delivery, you are entitled to have this put right at no cost to you. Remedies include repair or replacement, and a price reduction or refund where those apply. This right covers non-conformities that appear within at least two years of delivery. It is a distinct right that stands alongside the other two. To use it, report the fault to support@divinenoni.com and tell us what you received. We will set out your remedy options.
Switzerland does not provide a general statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right for ordinary online orders. The limited revocation right in the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR Article 40a) does not generally cover normal e-commerce purchases. So Swiss customers do not have the EU 14-day withdrawal right. In its place, we offer the voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee described above as a goodwill benefit. The guarantee is a commercial promise, not a legal entitlement, and its terms are as we set them out here.
Swiss customers do have a statutory warranty for defects. Under the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR Article 197 and following), if goods are defective you may rescind the sale or claim a price reduction, and a replacement where applicable. The limitation period is two years (OR Article 210), which is mandatory for consumer contracts from 1 January 2026. This statutory warranty is separate from, and not reduced by, the voluntary 30-day guarantee. To raise a defect, contact support@divinenoni.com.
Choose the route that fits. The steps differ slightly.
All refunds are made to your original payment method. We do not issue refunds to a different account or as store credit unless you ask for that.
After we send a refund, your bank or card provider may take a further 3 to 5 working days to post the credit. These figures match our Terms of Sale.
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, we fix it at no cost to you.
Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are two different actions. Doing one does not do the other.
To cancel: go to Account, then Subscription, and cancel. Your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again. There is no notice period and no fee.
To refund: email support@divinenoni.com. Cancelling your subscription on its own does not refund bottles already delivered. If you want a refund for a delivery, ask for it using one of the routes above.
Divine Noni is a food supplement and daily wellness drink. It is not a medicine and not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition or take prescription medication, speak with a healthcare professional before use. This note does not affect any of your rights set out on this page.
Email support@divinenoni.com with any question about a return or refund. We aim to respond within one working day.
